It has 3 rows of gathered shimmer organza which are fine hemmed each side

and then sewn onto shimmer organza.

It looks very glamourous .:-)

It takes considerable time and expertise to make and requires 28 days from payment to completion before dispatch.

This  time scale could vary depending on how busy I am.
