I do not hold, collect or pass on any of your personal information.
Payments are collected via secure paypal shopping cart.
I do not have access to your banking or card details.
If you prefer to pay by cheque and live within the UK, see below for postal address.
Your postal details are kept on file only until you have confirmed delivery of your purchase and
then shredded to safeguard your privacy and mine.
Your email address is kept within my address book, only if you send me an email.
If you require my phone number to discuss your order, I am happy to pass this on, if you email for details.
All wraps are made to order.
Once payment is received, I will email you to confirm payment.
Your order is then processed and usually posted within 3 working days.
If you opt for fast track, your wrap is posted the day after payment received.
I will then inform you the wrap is in the post.
If I send the wrong item or there is a fault in the workmanship, please contact me to arrange return.
The buyer is responsible for return postage. Wraps must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
I personally make all wraps and they are examined immediately prior to packing and dispatch.
I provide true pictures of the fabrics, but please be aware that colours can be
perceived differently depending on pc monitor settings.
To help with your choice of fabric and colour matching I send free swatches on request.
I suggest you take advantage of this service to avoid dissapointment.
Details are on each page of the wraps. I send swatches asap, but sometimes it can take
a few days depending on how busy I get and of course Royal Mail.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of cleared payment and are sent
1st class recorded delivery (within the UK) . "Fast track my order" is available for an extra charge.
Appropriate buttons are on the various wrap pages to add this to your final purchase.
You will be advised when the order has been posted.
All wraps are made to the highest of standards and only the best quality fabrics are used.
They are pre-washed, professionally packed and designs are subject to copyright.
